Yes, you can show your Petz from any version of Petz. I don't think I've seen a show that ONLY allowed Petz from a specific version.

All Petz shows are done on the websites of fans of the game. Each show is different and the forms to fill out are different. Don't worry though, they are usually easy to fill out. For example, you just have to give info like Petz name, show name, your email address, and your website link (if you have one). Then, of course, you attach the pic of your Petz to the email and send it to them. Most places are pretty simple.
