HELP!

I've played Petz 5 for years and recently re-discovered it and installed it on windows vista. The only problem is when I went to go delete the petz in my returned petz folder... it wasn't there! Nor was the Adopted Petz folder. Does anybody know how to fix this? Also, today the yellow loadig bar has stopped at about 3/4 of the way and a message pops up saying Petz 5 has stopped working. It's been fine for months. I went to Ubi Soft's website and they suggested holding ctrl and shift while opening the game to reset the registry, which i did. The next thing they suggested was to delete some adopted petz... which... for obvious reasons... I can't. I contacted them and they wouldn't help me because Windows Vista isn't one of the minimum requirements to play the game. ANY help is aqppreciated.

I might be able to help with the adopted petz folder. You see you press Start, then my computer, then it depends on what system you have on mine you click HP PAVILION it might be different for you and if it isclick on the first one that a little bit close to HP PAVILION, then Studio Mythos, then Petz, Now you are on the page where you can't find the adopted petz folder. Click a little button that should be on top of the screen that says folder. To your left all these folders should come down and you will see adopted Petz there. If that doesn't work then I's try to reinstall and see if there is something wrong with the software. Sorry if it doesn't help.

If that helps and the little thingy that pops up when you get 3/4 of the yellow bar says something about a Vod server ,then the best thing to do is reinstall it because that has happened to me quite a few times.
