Yes. As long as you don't neuter them and always bring them out to play together they will always breed for you. I have a set number of petz that I breed together over and over again. The more time your petz spend with each other the easier it becomes to mate them.

I like breeding them over and over because after the first time it only takes about 3 minutes for em' to breed.
